Unable to add a new Active User.

If you are unable to add a new Active User manually from the portal (no Add User button or greyed out) then this is probably because this customer has 'Enable User Capping' turned on and they have reached their license count limit.

Go into the 'Company Settings | Licensing' page, increase the number of Licensed Users, tick the 'Accept EULA' box and save the setting.

This will enable the 'Add User' button in the Users & Groups page, go ahead and add the new users. Remember that some updates are rolled up to thirty minute intervals so this new account may not be available immediately.
